Pre-orders
What does pre-order mean?
You reserve your hoodie before it is produced. We make Drop 01 in one small batch based on pre-orders, so nothing is wasted and you get the launch price. Your order ships as soon as production is complete.
When will my order ship?
Estimated dispatch is 21–28 days from your order. For orders placed today, that is soon. We will message you if anything changes.
Why should I pre-order instead of waiting?
Two reasons. The launch price of Rs 2,999 is only available for a limited window, after which Drop 01 returns to Rs 3,550. And Drop 01 is limited to 150 pieces across both colours. Pre-orders are produced and shipped first.
Will the price change after I order?
No. Your price is locked the moment your pre-order is placed, even if the launch window closes before your hoodie ships.
What is the design on the back?
It is sealed until reveal night, Friday 9 October, 8 PM PKT. Both the black and the white hoodie carry the same back print, with a small Kapravo mark on the chest. A new clue unlocks in the vault every night until then.
Pre-ordering before the reveal? If the design is not for you, cancel within 24 hours of the reveal for a full refund.
Payment
How do I pay for a pre-order?
Pre-orders are paid in advance by bank transfer to our Bank Alfalah account. At checkout you will see the account title and number, transfer the amount from your bank app, slide to confirm, and upload a screenshot of your receipt.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Cash on Delivery unlocks when Drop 01 officially launches. Pre-orders are advance-payment only, which is how we can offer the launch price.
Is my payment safe?
You transfer directly to the founder's verified Bank Alfalah account, the account title is Syed Taha Hussain Shah. We confirm every payment personally and email you a confirmation with your order number. You can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours.

No problem. Send the screenshot with your order number on WhatsApp at +92 311 5629617 and we will match it to your order.
Delivery
How much is delivery?
Free. Every Kapravo order ships free to any city in Pakistan, with no minimum order.
How long does delivery take?
Once dispatched, delivery takes 3 to 5 working days depending on your city. We share a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves Abbottabad.
Do you ship outside Pakistan?
Not yet. Drop 01 ships within Pakistan only. Message us if you are abroad and we will let you know when international shipping opens.
Sizing & fit
How does the hoodie fit?
Oversized and boxy with a drop shoulder. It is designed to sit relaxed. If you are between sizes, size down for a cleaner look or stay true for maximum room.
Where can I find measurements?
See the size guide for flat chest, length and sleeve measurements, or use the size finder on any product page.
Is it unisex?
Yes. The cut is unisex. If you prefer a less oversized look, go one size down from your usual.
Exchanges & cancellations
Can I exchange my size?
Yes. You get one free size exchange within 7 days of delivery, as long as the hoodie is unworn, unwashed and has its tags. Read the full exchange policy.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes, within 24 hours of payment for a full refund. After that, production of your piece has started and the order is final, though size exchanges still apply.
What if my hoodie arrives damaged or misprinted?
Message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace it at no cost to you.
Product & care
What is the hoodie made of?
300 GSM heavyweight cotton-blend fleece with a brushed, soft interior. Double-layer hood, flat drawcords with metal eyelets, reinforced kangaroo pocket and 2x2 rib cuffs and hem.
How do I care for it?
Wash inside out in cold water with similar colours. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or hang dry, and never iron directly on the print.
Will there be more drops?
Yes. Join the pack list at the bottom of any page to hear about the next drop first, along with private codes.
Account & orders
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you see your full order history and save your delivery details for next time.
How do I track my order?
Use Track your order with your order number and phone number, or sign in to your account.
Pack rewards
What are pack rewards?
We hid a few discount codes across the website for the curious ones. Find them before the launch window closes. You can use one code per order.
Can I combine codes?
One code per order. If you found more than one, use the biggest.
