1. Agreement
These terms apply when you use kapravo.com or place an order with Kapravo, a clothing brand based in Abbottabad, Pakistan. By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Exchange & Return Policy.
2. Pre-orders
Drop 01 is sold on a pre-order basis. When you pre-order, you reserve a piece that will be produced in our upcoming batch. Product images and mockups represent the final design; small variations in print placement and colour between screens and the finished garment are normal.
Drop 01 is produced in limited quantities. If a size or design sells out before your payment is verified, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.
3. Pricing, launch offer & codes
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include free delivery within Pakistan.
- The launch price of Rs 2,999 applies to orders placed before the launch countdown ends. After that, the regular price of Rs 3,550 applies. Your price is locked at the time you place your order.
- Discount codes ("pack rewards") are limited to one per order, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged, and expire when the launch window closes.
- If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before processing and you may cancel for a full refund.
4. Payment
Pre-orders are paid in full in advance by bank transfer to the account shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed only once we have verified your payment, after which we send a confirmation email. Orders without a verified payment within 48 hours may be cancelled. Cash on Delivery will be offered once Drop 01 officially launches.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your pre-order within 24 hours of payment for a full refund. After this window, production of your piece begins and the order cannot be cancelled, although our exchange policy still applies. Kapravo may cancel an order and issue a full refund if we are unable to fulfil it.
6. Production & delivery
Estimated dispatch is 21–28 days from your order, followed by 3 to 5 working days for delivery. These are good-faith estimates. If production is delayed by more than 14 days beyond the estimate, we will tell you and you may choose to cancel for a full refund.
7. Exchanges & returns
Size exchanges, damaged items and refunds are covered in our Exchange & Return Policy.
8. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account login secure and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
9. Intellectual property
The Kapravo name, logo, website design, photography, copy and original artwork belong to Kapravo and may not be copied or used without written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kapravo's total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of Pakistan.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Abbottabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
