Delivery cost
Delivery is free on every Kapravo order within Pakistan. What you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.
Pre-order timeline
Drop 01 is made to order in one small batch. Estimated dispatch is 21–28 days from the date you place your order. For an order placed today, that means shipping soon. We will update you when your payment is verified, when production starts and when your parcel ships.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, parcels usually arrive in 3 to 5 working days. Major cities are typically faster; remote areas may take a little longer. Public holidays, weather and courier disruptions can occasionally cause delays.
Tracking
As soon as your parcel leaves Abbottabad, we send your tracking number by WhatsApp and email. You can also check your order status anytime on our order tracking page.
Cash on Delivery
Pre-orders are advance-payment only. Cash on Delivery becomes available when Drop 01 officially launches.
Delivery address
Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If you need to change your address, message us before your order is dispatched. If a parcel is returned because the address was incomplete or the phone was unreachable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
International orders
We currently ship within Pakistan only. If you are abroad, message us and we will let you know when international shipping opens.
