Your trust matters more to us than any sale. This policy explains, in plain language, what information Kapravo collects, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe.
1. Who we are
Kapravo ("we", "us") is a clothing brand based in Abbottabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan, operating the website kapravo.com. You can reach us at kapravo.pk@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +92 311 5629617.
2. What we collect
- Order details: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, city, the products and sizes you order, and any notes you add.
- Payment proof: the screenshot of your bank transfer receipt that you upload at checkout. We never ask for, see or store your card or online banking credentials.
- Account details: if you create an account, your email address and a securely hashed password, plus any saved delivery details.
- Messages: anything you send us through the contact form, email or WhatsApp.
- Newsletter: your email address if you join the pack list.
- How you use our website: the pages you visit, the buttons and links you tap, the hoodies and sizes you look at or add to your bag, how far you scroll, how long you stay, whether you watch the film, and where you came from (for example Instagram or a search engine), plus your device type, browser and screen size. This is linked to a random visitor ID, not your name, until you place an order, send us a message or join the pack list. We never record what you type into forms unless you submit it to us.
3. How we use your information
- To process, produce and deliver your pre-order, and to verify your payment.
- To send you order emails, such as "order received" and "order confirmed", and updates on production and dispatch.
- To answer your questions and arrange exchanges.
- To send drop announcements and private codes, only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand what customers find useful, fix what confuses them, and follow up if you left something in your bag or still need to send a payment.
- To prevent fraud and keep our records for accounting and legal purposes.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Ever.
4. Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with trusted service providers who help us run Kapravo:
- Supabase hosts our database, customer accounts and payment-proof uploads. The website usage records described above are stored on Kapravo's own server and are only visible to the Kapravo team.
- Google Analytics helps us count visits and see, in aggregate, which pages and products people look at, what devices they use, roughly which city or country they are in, and how they found us. We never send Google your name, phone number, email or address. You can opt out with Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. We do not use advertising pixels or sell data to advertisers.
- EmailJS delivers our order emails.
- Courier partners receive your name, phone and address to deliver your parcel.
- WhatsApp is used if you choose to contact us there.
- YouTube plays our brand film in its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). When the film plays, YouTube may receive your IP address and store data in your browser under Google's privacy policy.
We may also disclose information if required by Pakistani law or to protect our rights and customers.
5. Storage & security
Your data is stored with encrypted connections and access is limited to the Kapravo team. Payment-proof images are stored privately and are only viewable by authorised staff. We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations, and delete data that is no longer needed.
6. Browser storage
We use your browser's local storage to remember your bag, the pack rewards you have found, display preferences, and your random visitor ID. Google Analytics sets its own cookies (named _ga) to tell one visit from the next; we do not use advertising cookies. Website usage records are kept for up to 12 months and are only visible to the Kapravo team. If you would rather we did not keep them, email us and we will delete the records linked to you.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or stop sending you marketing emails. Write to kapravo.pk@gmail.com and we will respond within 7 working days. Some order records may need to be retained for legal reasons.
Children
Kapravo is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Kapravo grows. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
